Personal Injury Lawyers Liable of Racketeering

Harron was a “B-reader” who read X-rays without ever seeing patients and made tens of thousands of asbestos diagnoses for plaintiff lawyers. CSX presented in court a number of cases where expert witnesses testified the X-rays showed no evidence of asbestos-related disease.
